Cupcakes for Roberto

Sweet Treat... with a Final Rose.

Tonight was the finale of the "Bachelorette," and like so many women out there... I was glued to my TV... waiting to see who Ali would pick.

And when Roberto got down on one knee... my heart just melted. I knew from day 1 they were going to end up together.

Anyways... for a special treat (to go with the Bachelorette), why not make strawberry/cheesecake cupcakes? It is so simple.

All you need is:

Strawberry cake mix

Vegetable oil

3 eggs

1 package of strawberries

Cream cheese frosting

Cut up some strawberries...

And add them to the cake mixture (follow the directions on the box.)

Scoop mixture into cupcake tins, and put them in the oven (according to directions on box.)

Once they're done baking, let them cool for 45 minutes. Then, frosting with the cream cheese frosting, and add a strawberry on top!

Notice how the strawberries look like little hearts :)

Perfect treat for all the bachelorettes out there.
