I don't know about you, but in the summer I tend to get cravings for something cold right around 10:00 p.m.
Instead of eating 300+ calories of ice cream... one of my favorite treats are FROZEN GRAPES.
I buy a bundle of the BIG, FAT green grapes at the store... and wash off about a 1 1/2 cups at a time.
Around 6:30 p.m., I put the 1 1/2 cups in a Ziploc bag...
Pop them in the freezer for about 3 hours...
At 10:00 p.m. (or whatever time you're craving them) go ahead and pull them out of the freezer.
You have a sweet, frozen treat - that you don't have to feel guilty about eating so late at night.
Red grapes also work.
Feel free to try strawberries, peaches, and blueberries too!
