Happy 4th of July!

Happy 4th of July! To celebrate, I made these cherry and blueberry cookie/cheesecake cupcakes. They are HEAVENLY... and a big hit with family and friends.
Recipe is found at verybestbaking.com

You'll need:
1 can sweetened condensed milk, 2 packages of cream cheese, 2 tsp of vanilla extract, 2 eggs, a 24 pack of chocolate chip cookie dough, 1 can of cherry pie filling, 1 can of blueberry pie filling.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees, and place cookie pieces in paper lined muffin tins... put in oven for about 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, condensed milk, vanilla and eggs together. Pour about 3 tablespoons of mixture over cookie dough once it comes out of the oven... then put BACK in the oven for another 15-18 minutes.
When they come out of the oven, let them cool off for about a half hour.
Top off the cupcakes with blueberry or cherry pie filling, and put them in the fridge for 1 hour.
Serve to family and friends! They are SOOOO good... trust me!
