Ice Cream Kind of Day

How adorable are these ice cream cookie cups?!

The recipe is from Very Best Baking - one of my FAVORITE baking websites.

These would be great for a small get-together with friends, or a birthday party.

Ingredients:

1 package of refrigerated chocolate chip cookie bar dough

3/4 cup hot fudge sauce, warmed up

1/3 cup chopped nuts

2 cups of ice cream - any flavor

Mini chocolate chips

Directions:

1.) Preheat oven to directions on cookie dough bar. Get out a muffin tin, and place muffin cups inside. Place one square of cookie dough in each cup.

2.) Bake cookie dough bits for 15-17 minutes until brown. Cool on a wire rack. Take muffin papers off the cookies.

3.) Dip tops of cooled cups in fudge sauce, then roll into nuts. Place right side up on serving platter. Spoon the ice cream on top using a cookie scoop. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.

** If you don't like chocolate, you could always use SUGAR COOKIE DOUGH. Top them with stewed blueberries or strawberries, and put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. There are so many possibilities! **
