It makes me want to come home after a bad day at work, and mix up a pink grapefruit martini from Angie's Simple Cooking.
Ingredients
1 1/2 – 2 oz Absolut Ruby Red vodka
3 oz grapefruit juice
Two splashes pineapple juice
Directions
Pour vodka, grapefruit juice and pineapple juice into a shaker with ice cubes. Shake well and strain into a sugar rimmed cocktail glass.
